Returns

  1. We accept returns for products within 30 Days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Exchanges

We offer an exchange option for eligible items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow these steps: Contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process. They will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. Once you have received the EMA number, ship the original item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Ensure that the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging. After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price differences between the exchanged items will be handled as applicable.

Damaged or Defective Items
